Garage Garden Tool Rack

Yet another addition to the organization of the workshop. I recently added a furry member to our family named “Princess Lucy” (Our daughter’s Idea). A beautiful German Shepard dog. She kept jumping over our retro 80’s low front fence. Our fence,  barely reaching 4′ in height, the dog would jump over it with ease. So I purchased some shovels and a hole digger to build a higher fence. Long story short, the dog isn’t jumping the fence.

With the addition of more garden type tools, I needed to make a multi-layered rack system. It worked out great!

I wasn’t really needing a tape dispenser, but I saw a random video on YouTube and it gave me an idea. Honestly, I think it’s a great thing to have in the shop. This dispenser can accommodate all sizes of tapes in random orders as well. The dividers can be arranged in any order. I’ve…

  • Barn Doors

My neighbors caught wind that I dabbled in woodworking and asked if I could make them some barn doors in their hallway office/den area. I was honored they had faith in me and trusted me to do a good job. I will tell you that barn doors are very difficult to get right because they…

  • Dovetail Candle Box

It’s been 14 wonderful years with my wife and I wanted to do something special. I think a gift like this that is made with love, more importantly with wood, is way more special than any store bought gift. I had just purchased some nice hard wood and decided to go with the walnut. This…

My nephew Noah had a birthday coming up. I did some research around the internet and found that most of the busy boards had similar features and items on the board. I wanted to be creative. Instead of just buying things to attach, I thought of several things I can make out of wood. Of…
