NANPU 1/2" NPT Industrial Grade 3 Stage Air Drying System

I ordered a PrimeWeld Cut60 Plama Cutter and recently found out that my compressor was below the threshold for the required 5.1 SCFM and 25 gallons. I also have never owned a Air Filtration system. So I did some research and found a product called the Nanpu 1/2″ NPT Industrial Grade 3 Stage Air Drying System. All the specs and features that I read impressed me enough to give it a try. This unit is fully customizable and is modular in nature. I received a very large box and didn’t realize that it was a larger industrial air filtration system. I was very impressed with what all they included.

The unit was well packaged and had a professional presentation.

They included just about everything you needed. It had extra o-rings, springs, desiccant, and filters as well.

They included a nice air guage which measured bar and PSI.

Some thread sealing tape and 1/2″ male to male fittings were provided as well.

Here is a closer look at the filters.

The white filter is the first stage and is for water/particle dust which catches 5 microns. The red filter is a moisture/oil filter that catches 0.01 microns. The last stage is the desiccant beads that catch whatever moisture is remaining in the lines.

As I said before, the unit was very robust and industrial. Something that looks like it came off a spaceship.

The particular model I chose had a automatic and manual drain plug. When the moisture rises above a certain point, a floating valve releases the moisture automatically.

There are great features like the red button popping up to let you know the filters need to be replaced as well.

The unit is completely modular which means you can customize which filter goes where and even the direction of air flow for shop layout compatibility. Below you see that the guage could be moved to the other side.

The unit also features some heavy duty brackets for hanging purposes.

Once installed it will eliminate close to all moisture in your line for use with air tools and especially plasma cutters.
